An adorable little late Victorian Sapphire and Diamond navette shaped ring; a style which was immensely fashionable at the time. Lovely on the hand, the design is gently harmonious and speaks an historical mystique complemented by leafily shaped shoulders all in rich 18ct Yellow Gold. The beautiful bright cobalt blue oval faceted Sapphire is framed by fourteen glittery old hand cut Diamonds (with a combined weight of around 0.45ct).
The ring size can be altered a little to suit, it measures as an 'O' or '7' as is; just leave us a message on your order form. The Sapphire has been re-polished by our lapidarist and weighs at 0.47ct. The navette measures 14.5mm by 8mm. Circa 1890's and in super condition, this is an original and ethically sound choice for a special occasion or anniversary, we will provide a valuation certificate for insurance purposes with this piece.
