A rare find, this splendid adoration is based on an historic design, an antique Victorian beauty which celebrates a period in history when an interest in the Islamic world influenced the arts across Europe. A difficult piece to date, but circa 1860's, it is entirely hand crafted from the faceting of the glittery old Diamonds to the fashioning of the elegantly tapered five row band. An extravagant vision with subtle spacing between the shimmery bands, the design stands out beautifully being a wide Diamond shape of nine chunky old individually hand cut Diamonds, a prestigious piece which must have had an illustrious past, and of softly coloured 14ct yellow Gold it most likely hails from the Continent.
The larger mine cut Diamonds amount to around 1.40ct, and the rose cut Diamonds perhaps another 0.50ct (these older stones are very tricky to measure).
Unfortunately we are unable to size this ring, it measures as a 'K' as is.
